If you've been following us, you know that Jerad and I have been together almost five years (where did the time go?). This January, Jerad proposed to me in the most perfect moment in the Smoky Mountains while it was snowing! It was the easiest, best "yes" I've ever given.
We are tying the knot in Pensacola Beach, Florida in February 2024. We chose to have a beach wedding because the first time we told each other we loved each other was on a date while getting our feet wet in the surf. It's the perfect place to celebrate our love for each other with close friends and family.
I wish I could take credit for the idea of having our engagement photos taken at the Mississippi Aquarium, but it was all Jerad's genius idea! Where else could we get epic, unique photos that tie into our beach wedding, in August, and also not be in 100 degree temps?
Lanie Bradford is such a talented photographer and I'm so happy to call her my wonderful friend and frequently, my second photographer on wedding days! I could think of no one more perfect to ask to be our wedding and engagement photographer. Lanie captured these wonderful moments and I edited them.
