As a Mississippi wedding photographer, I have the pleasure of capturing love stories throughout our beautiful state. Recently, I had the honor of photographing the wedding of Olivia and Airrey at the Dodson Farms in Starkville, Mississippi. Dodson Farm is a gem among Mississippi wedding venues. Nestled in the heart of Starkville, the venue provided an idyllic setting for Olivia and Airrey’s special day.
Olivia and Airrey are proud Mississippi State fans, and this was most evident in the groom’s cake design. The cake was not just a dessert; it was a symbol of their shared memories as Bulldog supporters and a nod to their journey together. Every detail of the wedding reflected their love for each other and their school, from the maroon and white pompoms at their exit to the cowbells they rang after cutting the groom’s cake.
As a Starkville wedding photographer, my goal is to encapsulate the joy and emotions of the day. Olivia radiated beauty in her stunning gown, while Airrey looked dapper in his suit. After the ceremony, the reception kicked off with an atmosphere of joy and celebration. The couple's family and friends danced the night away. The energy was infectious, and it was a joy to photograph the candid moments.
